HYROX Circuit Challenge Saturday, December 6th | 9:00 AM
Grab your teammates and get ready for a high-energy HYROX-style challenge! This event is all about teamwork, grit, and pushing your limits together.
How it works:
One teammate will tackle the SKI erg, racking up as many meters as possible.
Meanwhile, the other teammate will grind through an AMRAP of: - 200m Run or 200m Row - 20 Wall Balls - 20 Burpee Broad Jumps
You’ll rotate and push each other to the finish, combining endurance, power, and strategy for the ultimate team workout.
Teams can be 3-5 people. Grab your friends and let's crush this challenge. All members must sign up through zen planner to participate.
